Well, the title sure didn't come out right.

I thought someone had put Jigger, Beaker and Glass online as well, but now can't find it.

Also, the Bimbo Punch actually sounds pretty good.

Nice find, but do you think those misused apostrophes ("sour's", "toddy's", etc.) were in the original?

Bimbo punch needs loaf sugar? Has anyone ever seen loaf sugar?
And Arrack sounds tasty:

The book was written in the mid-1800s, so, you know, you gotta cut him some slack with the obsolete ingredients. (Probably not many people have seen Boker's bitters recently either.)
