Silly name, but fun all the same ...Free web (2.0, natch) chat site that allows users to search for chat rooms based on tags or to set up their own room(s) that are either public or private.

With frames and javascript, I made a chat room system like this in....1997? I don't know the actual time, as it was when Netscape 3.0 was the standard browser, and everything's a blur of frustration and tears around that era in history.
