Less pithy, less generally relevant than Deep Thoughts by Jack Handy. But, I'm no postmodernist, thank the God in whom I have trouble believing.

I'm in a group at college called the New Music Ensemble, and I really like it, but the pretentiousness does get to me sometimes. I enjoy the free improvisation, but I wish we could leave it at that and ditch the postmodernism angle.

Also, I used Jack Handey for my high school yearbook quote.
