I watched the video. I didn't get it. This could be because I was too busy trying to decide if the guy was or was not Michael Cera.

UGO is a thrilling roller coaster ride of hard-edged suspense ... Wildly entertaining ... Skillfully walks a fine line between black comedy and intense drama ... It's one of the year's best.

So, some guy is one some kind of drug (maybe LSD?) and seems to be tripping at inappropriate places and isn't having a good time of it all? And at the end there's an allusion to EMTs searching for his body or something? It seems to be fabricated out of suck.
