Superman The Musical! A flop on Broadway about the Man Of Steel was made for TV once in 1975 and never again with Leslie Anne Warren, David Wilson, and Loretta Swit (but you can find it on amazon.)

Wow. My mom was in a production of this at the Berkshire Public Theater some time back. I have something to send her now...and something to cringe at myself...

Loretta Swit was horrible in this. Linda Lavin sang "You've Got Possibilities" brilliantly on Broadway. What a terrific song.

Wow. The high school version really works. The broadcast production, on the other hand, is WTF of Star Wars Christmas Special magnitude.

Despite what a piece of brown kryptonite this thing is, I like what the new Dallas production is doing. Putting Luthor in a Superman story - what a novel concept!
