It's marching season again in the UK. They always cause a heap of trouble for all concerned [NSFW unless your workplace is tolerant of full frontal noodlety]

Heh. This is good. (Although the intro seems a bit long.)

perfectly SFW if you don't have Quicktime, though.

Wow. This is so cool. And I don't really know, and don't care to figure out, why. Or why I have the inexplicable urge to march naked down the street.

The world would be a much less funny place if the British weren't around.

'A heap of trouble'

Yes.

10 naked men, uncut.

...One naked man just sitting in his home, doesn't cause no trouble, of no concern...

This is brilliant. Thank you for posting this. Man oh man. I'm going to start a nudist league.

OK, I'm naked now. Thanks a lot.

This appears to have been produced for UK television. And we go to pieces over a boobie. A boobie half covered by a piece of nipple jewelry bigger than some bikini cups I've seen.

Any chance of booking the 9 Naked Men for next year's Superbowl halftime show? Clearly we need a little perspective.

Not only was it produced for Channel 4, George, but it's been bought and screened by the CBC - Canadian public, government sponsored television.

In fact, the film is linked directly from the CBC's Zed website.

So blame Canada...

It would be funny if it weren't so sadly true. *sigh* There's nothing more frightening to our christo-fascist culture than a PENIS!!!!! You'd think we'd worship the damn thing since GOD himself created it and gave it to us to fulfil our highest obligation as human beings - to create more little spawn to worship Christ.

I remember Warren Ellis posting this on DiePunyHumans.com sometime last year. So very English.

I'd still like to know whose idea this was. Also, does this mean when the Marching Season bullshit starts again in Northern Ireland, we'll have to see one hundred naked Orangemen just walking down the road? I think that would end the sectarian violence overnight as the streets of Belfast and Derry collapse in laughter.

I think vidiot, amberglow, jonmc, chicobangs, sgt.serenity, i-cola, Mars Saxman, zpousman, miguel c, and mathowie ought to band together and make a similar video for the Ladies of MeFi.

Out of curiousity and ignorance, what is "Marching Season"?

OMG. How lame. I suspected as much, but was rather hoping that sort of idiocy had petered out over the years.
