NASA releases new high resolution images of the "Face on Mars" digitally enhanced to make it it look like an ordinary mesa rock formation.
Of course, we know better...

I just want to know if anyone thinks (as I do) that those photos look anything like a giant space face that has been suffering erosion for millions of years. I'm not saying that's what it is...just that it looks like that.

I mean, the Sphinx on Earth was under erosion for an indeterminate amount of time, and to be honest, much of it looks stripped away and less than leonine. That could be the case here, too.

(In other words, loonies like me ain't giving up so easy.)

Actually, I still think it looks exactly like Sam the American Eagle from the Muppet Show.

You guys are all crazy. It's obviously Gonzo. His nose simply eroded off.

On a related front, how many probes have they lost? Just curious...Well, obviously, they need to keep mapping if they intend to eventually launch a manned mission. This is very optimistic about future trips to Mars, which may or may not be a good thing, I guess. (And yeah, the Keys of Enoch page is a bit wacky, but it is on topic...I think.)
