I watched the entire music video and there was never a harpsichord.

Is it my imagination, or are YouTube comments becoming more coherent? Or my standards are getting lower. Or I am watching a better class of video.

In any case, the video made listening to the music much more bearable.

Awesome, it had a great Univers Zero / Henry Cow R.I.O. thing going on.

I am feeling profound gratitude to Hartham's Hugging Robots right now for bringing Orphic Oxtra to my attention.

Oh of course, Record Records, that explains it. Recognize the clarinetist in the photos?

Record Records soundcloud.

Xoebe: "Or I am watching a better class of video."

I'm guessing it's not this.

Wait, really? Am I going to have to actually listen to this?

Yeah, definitely an avant-folk vibe.

I was going to complain that there was no skeleton sex, but that'd just be silly.

I like the part where she danced in space.

Favorite YouTube comment, and one which I shall be using in the future: "Welp, that's enough internet for me today..."

angrycat: "Am I supposed to enjoy this"

If you are fond of Northern Euro flavored avant garde folk music it is an unironic delight, the composition is a little loose but it is a fun ditty well performed.

Everyone else is supposed to point and laugh, like you do with most weird stuff on the internet.

I hate to see people wearing underwear under a swimsuit. Do you really keep your bra and pants on when you go swimming? WTF?

There's a logical explanation: she's a clarinetist and they come from Iceland.

I guess Europe is finally getting Tim & Eric on TV, now.

(I like the song actually, reminds me a bit of Estradasphere).

On first hearing I thought it had to be Willem Brueker Kollectief

Oh and I am now sad to learn that Willem Brueker died in 2010.

Or maybe the videos are getting less coherent!? So the comments seem coherent in comparison.

But, there were no Aquabats promised nor offered. Nor were martian girls or lobster buckets offered.

I loved everything about the video and song. Is it just me or is there a Frank Zappa influence/approach to their work?
