I have no idea how these people got that gorilla wedged into that photo booth, or why.

The studio backgrounds, the weird lighting, and the artifical fields, in the beefcake shots, are at an oblique angle to the bruce of LA sunlight, who is the fotog of those?

While in grad school I worked in a library* that had the whole run (or close) of Playboy. And I judge this statement true.
I do wish there was more information about where the photos came from, and where possible, who is in them. But that's the librarian in me. It's a really interesting collection of pictures.

Loved the photos, struggled with the interface.

Is there some legit reason for the site to disable right-click? It annoys me to an extreme to be unable to open links in other tabs or windows, as I see fit.

Just disable JavaScript with NoScript or another FF plugin, and it will work again.

Goofyy: Clumsy attempt to prevent people using bits of the right click menu to steal images. Happens a lot on photography sites. Most just use java now to try and prevent image theft.

No, sadly, it's pretty much always been a family affair. They have programs for kids, and encourage adults to bring them along, AFAIK.

There's four of them in the picture holding their hands the exact same way. I don't see shoes on the person, which to me suggests flip-flops and shorts, which suggests male. But the watch does appear rather thin, suggesting female, and their appears to be a large garish ring on the middle finger of the left hand, which also seems more female than male.
