World Views. This Saturday at the New Museum is an opening reception for the artists who had studio space in the World Trade Center on September 11th. If you are in New York this weekend and are looking for something to do, your presence would be greatly appreciated.
Yes, artists on the 92nd floor of Tower One, sponsored by Lower Manhattan Cultural Council.
One of the artists, Michael Richards, was killed in the attacks. The Village Voice has a photo of him accompanying an article about the artists and the space.
Information about some of the artists and the work done there.
A small email about an artist who had space there, but was gone at the time of the disaster.
