"Returns with"? Corporation Inc. has been out for three years. That said, it's three years later and I still go back and play it again periodically, so it's definitely got something going for it.

It was never in an FPP (apparently) so it's returning to Mefi, i:e THE ONLY RETURNING THAT MATTERS.

It's not just you. It was pegging the cpu on my two-year-old Macbook after a floor or two. I can't imagine building a 50-floor tower. Maybe it's faster on Windows?
