Oh, wait. You said, postcards of libraries, I saw, libraries of postcards. Never-mind.

Ebay has many postcards of the library where I first worked. This one is the prettiest. The building to the right is long-gone. The library has expanded from the original building twice, taking over the entire corner and then some. But the building to the left is still there, and there was a pizza place hidden down that narrow crevice between the buildings.

Small world department... I've just visited that library a few times recently, while my son attended Dickinson College a few blocks away. The pizza place down the alley – entered at the rear – is now more of a general restaurant called The Back Door Cafe. Cheap enough for me to take a bunch of his dorm mates out to dinner there.
This is the library I grew up with. And my first job, summers during college, was at the State Library of Pennsylvania across town, in this not particularly welcoming building.

When it was a pizza place it was called Back Door Pizza.

Strange, there is no result for "insane asylum". Ebay has hundreds.
