Palate to palette

To help celebrate Sweet Art week, I bring you...the Jelly Belly Bean Art Collection. "Each subject presents its own unique challenge, whether it is figuring out how to make a light saber look like it’s actually glowing, creating the illusion of transparency necessary for a Minion fart cloud, or deciding what beans to use to realistically describe a person’s skin tones," says artist Kristen Cumings.

I really want to see these, but the page just keeps auto-forwarding to jellybelly's home page after a few seconds for me. :(

Someday I will eat the sun-faded jelly belly face of Ronald Reagan hanging in their Fairfield factory.

Love it! My best friend (RIP, Melanie) loved Jelly Belly's. This totally made me smile today. :)

Thanks -- didn't notice the second link since it was on such a small word! The light sabers really do seem to genuinely glow, which is a really cool effect given that it's jelly beans!

What fun! And, as a very cranky food professional, big thanks for spelling and using palate and palette correctly. I just realized there's a fourth** way to make my head explode-- paillette-- but I'll just think about the really good tangerine jelly beans instead.
** the third one is pallet for palate. Splat!
