I think that's Dubai, you can see the Burj Al Arab in the distance, and there's a tiger at 3 minutes. I'm not sure this is the chill video we're looking for.

Yes! I couldn't get this out of my head because, from an animal welfare perspective, it is all so wrong, and yet it cannot be denied: he's a good driver. I see kids in this subdivision driving golf carts with a whole lot less calm and assurance than this guy, who drives like a dad on a quiet highway.
Who taught an orangutan to drive? Who decided that it's okay if he just goes through his little circuit around the property and taught him that? Who is keeping tigers in those 19th-century-style enclosures? Who has mountains of money and so few animal welfare laws? I couldn't sleep for wondering.
The answer is Dubai, of course. A Redditor claims that this guy is named Rambo and belongs to Sheikha Fatima bint Rashed Al Maktoum, but I can't quite confirm that without doing more research than I have time for. She does have a menagerie that includes orangutans and has a Youtube channel. This link shows one called Jumbo, who doesn't seem to be the same guy, but also drives. Is there an ape driving teacher? Is he a regular driving teacher with a sideline? So many questions.
(Incidentally, I want to clarify that I don't mean to complain about this FPP. I am glad to have seen it. Thank you!)

2022 is the year that I finally (at age 43!) intend to learn to drive, and I am Nervous about it. Seeing this guy is inspiring and calming. Thank you.
