What if Seinfeld but animated?

Kosperry is an animator who occasionally reworks short scenes from Seinfeld as animatics for a ‘90s saturday morning furry cartoon: “Rabid Elaine”, “I’ll just eat some trash.”, “Hello, Newman”, “A Festivus for the rest of us”

The animal designs are perfect. George as a corgi?! (Georgi?) Yes.

I was never a fan of Seinfeld and this doesn’t help.

Except for the one where Jerry was doing his routine in prison and an inmate threatened to shank him. That made me laugh.

Someone call Don Bluth and get him on this right away!

A real turnaround in the last five seconds of the series, then!

I love this! Kramer's design is exactly right.

Can we get a Don Bluth-produced Laserdisc game?

The designs scream Don Bluth, but the concept reminds me of how Hanna Barbara would reformulate well-established adult sitcoms as animated fare that often included talking animals.

Frogger of course.

[I love how despite never having watched a single episode of 'Seinfeld' I know so much about it. I think it may represent an early instance where a momentary cultural zeitgeist achieves such sufficient saturation that one no longer even needs to directly consume it to know about it. You simply wind up absorbing it through all of it's other referents.]

[Did I just write a definition for 'meme'?]

I follow Kosp's twitter and have seen most of these already, but as a fan of Bluth-style animation they're always a delight to see even if I never really got into Seinfeld.

I'm looking forward to the day AI begins production on new scripts and episodes. Who knows, you may be able to enter parameters yourself:

Kramer: Involved in shady scheme with the owner of a CBD store played by an aging Steve Buscemi

Elaine: Is dating that same character unbeknownst to Kramer, at the insistence of her boss, Barney Rubble

George: has actually started making money farming out Vanderlay Industries as an offshore shell corp, but is dating an undercover SEC investigator, played by Betty White.

Jerry: constantly picking up a 1950's style telephone and yelling at the three of them in between stints pacing around his apartment, cursing the supply chain and blaming Newmanbot.

Thanks for this! Seinfeld was probably the best sitcom ever and this uncovers another layer of its brilliance.
