Nice, I like the short format, simple recipes, and lack of chatter.

What's added to the rice from the jar with the yellow top at 2:30? Everything else is clear enough but I'm not sure on that, I couldn't see the label or read the subtitles. Maybe MSG?

If you turn on the closed captioning, the subtitle says "Don't forget the pepper."

Other than the yellow-top spice container, which I also wondered about, I found the first video perfectly understandable without captions. But I turned them on for the second since I was wondering if that was ground meat, or something very different, like ground anchovies or something.

As someone who mostly sees Japanese cuisine in videos like this, I'm always struck by the enthusiastic use of mayonnaise.

Not enough contemplation of the ramen. Other than that, perfect!

Gigantic Monster Island green onion mixed with Trader Joe's staples creates much cognitive dissonance.

Looks delicious, but needs more neko.

That looks tasty! I love canned tuna (especially good stuff, like Wild Planet or Fishwife). Mixing yolks with the rice before stir frying is a neat technique I've never tried (but will soon). The mayo seems superfluous though. I think I'd finish with toasted sesame oil and light soy sauce.

I think the mayo is for adding a creamy texture. If you don't love mayo, you could sub avocado or shredded soft cheese for a similar mouthfeel.

The pepper might be chili pepper, like this, rather than black pepper..
