I've been a Brian David Gilbert fan for a while now but when this dropped I fell hard down a Tom Cardy rabbit hole, great stuff. Lately I can't get The Ballad of Smokin' Joe Rudeboy out of my head

...and the next moment when they cringe at that realization and slowly back away...
I love meeting people I connect with. Maybe some day one of them who is not creepier than I appear to be will connect back. Until then, it's enacting repeats of Casper the Friendly Ghost or Droopy Dog encountering that cartoon Alka-Fizz criminal. sorry ma'am, but it's the laaaaww of the west

"there is a rock in my house" is a bizarre allegorical mini-horror that I relate to all too much
"We Like Watching Birds" is about people who love watching birds, and that's all they do! That's all, don't worry about it. Just birds. With Karen Han!
"RGSS" is a transcendent hymn that fills me with eternal joy. I have literally, no joshing, made this my morning alarm tone. If the first lilting tones don't rouse me, the point where it erupts into glorious climax rockets me from slumberland and propels me, ecstatic and hungry, into the new day.
