Salisbury Cathedral looks as peaceful now as it did when John Constable painted it in the 1800’s. Thanks plep.

and if you're in town at any time near christmas, i highly recommend walking inside for the childrens' choir concerts, even for the non-religious, like me, they're stunning and well worth whatever it takes to get you out there.

Beautiful links plep, I've been to the Salisbury Cathedrals and the York Minster...both spectacular. I had no idea that I would be so enchanted by the stained glass in the York Minster.
This post was a nice flashback to my visit - thanks!
