Opening the main link in Firefox on Fedora Core 2 causes the browser to shutdown. Must be a bug in in the Linux Firefox build. Site opens fine using Firefox on winXP.
The sound file itself (actually an mp3 with a .wav extension) is pretty funny. Is it real? Sounds like this guy has issues.

Suck.com's mention of Steven Thrasher's message [mentioned above, "Still my all-time favorite tech support call"]. Suck explains why the message is likely not a fake. Apparently, Thrasher felt the distribution of his message, "has ruined his reputation." It has been six years since Thrasher left his message...
