The first prank was cute enough. I wish it had stopped there, as the last couple were brutal and devoid of laughs.

I think you guys just won my toaster or sumthin'... there are balloons and streamers that keep falling from the ceiling in my apartment. It's totally weird & freaking out my dog. Man this is going to be a pain in the ass to clean up.

Well, I found both of these guys likable enough, but I am ready to broker for peace - things were getting very painful in the last few segments, ouch... I foresee carnage and mayhem if this continues. Somebody's gonna lose an eye, I tell ya.

Okay, yes. So I've been known to dabble in favorite-enhancing drugs. Guilty as charged. Fine. Ya got me. Do I believe steroids and growth hormones helped me achieve 1000 favorites? Yes. Were there a lot of other posters doing it that I had to compete against? Yes.

Metafilter is juiced. And it's reality.

Even if the pranks were real (I'm a bit skeptical, it all seemed so—insincere), on video the hilarity didn't really seep through. Aside from the last once, these would be hilarious within a group of friends, or maybe as a good bar story, but not really for a bunch of random viewers on the internet. The last one had potential (even if it was a little cruel), but the execution wasn't very funny.

the Brando thing is kind of funny - funnier than the OPP.

There's something deeply creepy about humiliating that Anir Amil Anil Amirl (can't bother to scroll up (can bother to post (Metafilter:?))) I mean, how is that funny again? I know I don't have the most sofisticated sense of humor but wouldn't it have been funnier if he had brought him to Jean-Georges or PerSe (way expensive restaurants in NYC) and then run out on the check...

Oh wait, this was about how they're so cool they know a comedy troupe named Human Giant Head (or something, see just above) that has a hiiiiilarious show on the teeniebopperMTVRealLife network and will help one of them, after they both fly all the fuck way out to L.A. humiliate the other one not just for a minute or two, not just for a punchy gotcha but for a brain numbing (I didn't watch the whole thing, I was too creeped out by Arnil's kind of crushed look when he's standing in the shower (in the shower? I don't want to know what happens next)) how many minutes long? Brevity is the soul of wit - oh, that's right, this wasn't funny... So they're boyfriends and fighting, or?

I see this kind of shit and I just think, 'Thank god I'm too old.'

Dang. I hope Streeter doesn't have any pets, although on can understand his desire to even the score, the comedy club prank was Brutal. Amir/Andy/Anil (I didn't pick up what the Anil thing was about actually ) should not dish it out if he can't take it.
