How did it know I want an X-Wing in my garage?

Your kitchen consists of dilithium-powered food replicators, manned by obedient robot slaves, who are sure to never, ever rebel. I mean, it's preposterous to even consider it. There's a Chocolatessen, which is rapidly becoming your favorite room of the house. Having one is also becoming a trend among your wealthy neighbors. Your master bedroom is the size of a small barn, with carpet thick enough to reach your ankles. Your study has every language reference book ever written, including now-useless titles like Learn Javascript 2.0! and C++ Programming for Windows 95. (Why are you keeping those?) One of your garages contains a life-sized X-Wing fighter, and KITT. (KITT was a gift from a well-meaning uncle.)

Your home also includes a robot repair bay, where your mechanized servants are routinely fitted with new restraining bolts. (It's just a precaution.) Your guests enjoy your animatronic replica of the cantina at Mos Eisley. Outside is your radio telescope, listening constantly for alien transmissions. Especially invaders. They'll come eventually, even if nobody believes you. (Nobody does.)

And, you have a pet -- a taun-taun named "Padme".

Pffft I loathe carpet and taun-taun smell terrible.

Next, please make a post that tells me which Harry Potter character I most resemble.

why can't my dream home include a cathedral with both pipe and a hammond organs and a choir with whom i can enjoy kool-aid? (electric, not poison.) this internet thing dissapoints.

I'm just glad mine came with a moat to keep the Harry Potter fans out.

Does practically everyone's house contain a chocolatessen?
And an X-wing?
Somebody's projecting, methinks.

Yeah, very funny Mr. Direct Home Find, but I've ALREADY got a room with systems I've called HAL and Skynet and holy whoa, I'm a nerd.

Yeah, mine has a chocolatessen, too. But, you know...every home should have a chocolatessen.

However, I do not get an X-Wing. Which suits me fine, I need more space for the Ferraris.

It does seem to be pretty accurate. Maybe, though, I should have kept that “gutted (a human being)” box checked.
Your kitchen is someplace you never go, because you "have people for that." There's a Chocolatessen, which is rapidly becoming your favorite room of the house. Having one is also becoming a trend among your wealthy neighbors. Your master bedroom is the size of a small barn, with carpet thick enough to reach your ankles. Your study has hardback editions of every classic ever written, plus a special edition of Rich Dad, Poor Dad with the parts you ghost-authored highlighted. One of your garages holds your collection of ferraris, and is measured in acreage.

Your home also includes a guest wing and private quarters for your servants. Your guests enjoy your collection of every console and associated game ever made. Except the Intellivision -- those controllers drive them NUTS. Outside is your hedge maze and gardens, meticulously tended by a team of world-class botanists.

And, you have a pet -- a doberman pincer named "Warren".
That doberman is off-the-mark, though.

Apparently I'm going to be living in a VAN down by the RIVER!

I ended up with Ferraris, but an X-Wing would have been more interesting. It asked me about which I would like to own, a Galaxy class starship, a Star Destroyer, or the Firefly. Not having any idea how big the Firefly is, I came across this. After searching MeFi, it turns out this was an FPP a year ago, but there was no Firefly on it then. Anyway, they've added it.

The Dream Home Builder site left me disappointed. They only gave a small section of the blueprint. All that buildup for nothing. And the hobbies choices was way too limited.

Sorry: came across this.

Yep, the doberman was a miss for me too. My pets are birds.

My garage has "red Ferrari" AND "backup red Ferrari" included, so they got that part right.

Spooky. Or else there just aren't may different options.

Firefly? I tried to get the Serenity, but it said "Too bad. Her pilot is dead. Choose one of the others.".

The combination of:
When I'm at home, I'm happiest
x doing my favorite pasttime.

Leave me alone so I can spend some time
x hacking
will bring up a funny dialog box.
