Lift

A recent post on Russian animation reminded me of the "Lift" series of short animations, created by the Pilot studio [link in Russian]. There are, count 'em, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 installments. Knowledge of Russian not required to watch.

I've never been able to figure out why Japanese animation is hugely popular in America and Russian animation is pretty much ignored.

Yeah, my bad, there are one or two NSFW bits scattered throughout. Perhaps the mods can add a note (though, frankly, I don't think too many workplaces will look favourably on abstract Russian cartoons in the first place).
