Wow, thanks Knappster, I'd never heard of this guy. I have a soft spot for one-man-bands, especially when they're good, like Fuller was! What an interesting character, and what a colorful life he had. Great post!

I stumbled upon Jesse Fuller's music a few years ago. I love Monkey and the Engineer and hoped that stubby phillips' link would be a quality music video instead of three alternating images (one with a digital watermark). I wonder if there's a story behind the song or if it's fiction.

Hey, you clicks yer mouse and you takes yer chances. I'm sure stubby was terribly sorry to disappoint you, Frank, and I'm sure that next time he'll do his utmost to provide you with a "quality music video".

Sheesh.
