Did you miss SF Beer Week?
With 347 days until the next one, Wet Your Whistles has got you covered with a list of 50+ beer-loving spots along the Caltrain line, no designated driver needed.
Not near Caltrain? Beer By Bart covers the rest of the Bay.

Man, Artw, you of all people ought to remember that the Federation's legislature is in San Francisco. You think they're gonna allow Romulan Ale to be smuggled in that close to home? There's an embargo on it, if I remember correctly!
And anyways, we got Anchor Steam. That beats Romulan Ale any day of the week.
The only liquid that should be blue is window cleaning fluid.

Luckily I was just at the Waterfront Ale House in Brooklyn, NY. There I partook of Southampton IPA by the pint(s) at the bar before the girlfriend and I got a table for dinner.
I enjoyed a sublime Maker's Mark Manhattan. (Ice crystals in the glass, ICE CRYSTALS dammt!) Then we ordered the Wagyu beef hamburgers. I sullied mine with bleu chese and honey bacon.
The evening (for me, as the girlfriend was driving) was topped off with an Arrogant Bastard Ale, also a draft.
So while I may have missed the SF whatever it is. I didn't actually miss it.
If you know what I mean.

Or you could just visit America's Best Beer-Drinking City in June (or earlier).

Please. Please! I promise not to go all blink tag crazy if you do
Awesome links, though. Those will come in handy. We'll discuss them at the next meetup, no doubt.
