I had a full blown panic attack yesterday over some COVID-related choices being made by people I care about, but I would never want anybody else to have to feel worried about it if they don't already. And for what it's worth, lock down feels crappy even though I do experience significant levels of anxiety over the pandemic. So long as you're doing the things that are necessary to prevent the spread, I don't think it really matters if you're afraid or not.
