I'd reccommend 0tv, especially if you enjoyed American Movie. They offer a lot of original content and it's available in every streaming format. posted by the biscuit man at 5:53 PM on November 8, 2001
For what it's worth, now that I'm back in Korea, all I watch is the PC. The beehive where I live has Armed Forced Korea Network and National Geographic channel in English on cable, and that's it. The nature shows are cool when I have a hangover (which is an inordinately large proportion of the time, sadly), but AFKN is, well, what you'd expect.
So despite the fact that I spent 95% of my leisure time in front of the PC (thanks to a ridiculously cheap ridiculously large-pipe connection to the Crackternet), what I mostly end up doing is downloading video from the Morpheus/Kazaa network, rather than watching streaming content. That said, there's some fun stuff at ifilm and I am a huge launch.com addict now. posted by stavrosthewonderchicken at 4:29 AM on November 9, 2001
