Apologies, I should have mentioned it's NSFW for language.

This is extremely well done and faithful to the source material but would be so much better with just music and sfx. I guess the bad voice acting gives it that extra badly-dubbed-from-Japanese eighties cartoon vibe, but it really detracts from the general awesomeness of the animation.

Previously, from the same animator as a "TIE Fighter as anime" take

Doctor Who as 80's Anime, also the same animator (previously pulled down by BBC)

In other words, this guy has a fascinating style (and it takes forever to do).

I agree with Soi-hah. When the guy started complaining at the beginning, all I could think was "fucking millennials."

Well I loved it, even with the cheesy voices

I'm sure there's a proper way to describe it, but I kinda love that trolley-wheels-on-a-monster-truck feel of mismatched but collaborating polish levels. The swaggering framing and too-perfect construction (I'm guessing rotoscoped off a 3D animation?) with the slightly janky actual drawing and frame timing.

In this parallel world, British and American English have diverged so far that things set in London are dubbed cheaply into American.

acb: You say that like a joke, but the original Mad Max, filmed in Australia, in English, was redubbed for the US release.
