ARGH! Even Punxsutawney Phil is not immune to effing product placements! "Phil may be as cute as a Beanie Baby but when he predicts in his Groundhogese there is no maybe." And, shocker, lookit the banner on the top of the page.

This is what puzzles me. Phil saw his shadow (suggesting the presence of strong sunlight), but the METAR observations from KDUJ (Bubois) both just before and after sunrise report overcast skies with the ceiling at 1400 feet and 1200 feet respectively.

I guess there must be too much light from the media frenzy for Phil to get an accurate reading.
