The Mother of All Maritime Links. Feeling a little landlocked? From "Pirates" (over twenty links) to "Weather & Tides," from plain old "History" to "Music" and beyond, this site is one of the more comprehensive available.

Very nice, data w. I'm always big on museums, and this site has plenty. (The ocean's only about a half-mile over the hill from here, but tonight the mother of all piles of snow and ice are in the way.)

Wow. That's pretty remarkable. I'm not sure where to file that. Thanks for the link. I'm tempted by boat building schools. Something like this would be fun.

That is indeed the mother of all maritime links, although I was looking for a section on Figureheads, this being my favorite. I also like this present day figurehead carver. Thanks datawrangler for the post.
