The reason I like this site (and micro-fiction in general) is that if it's good, then that's exciting-- but if it's bad, you only waste a few moments reading it before moving on to the next one.

I found lots of really good, memorable bits of work on this site, and was impressed by Faint of Butt's dedication to it, so I guess I'm rather unprepared for the apparent utter ambivalence so far.

The creature in my head is angry, and I'm tired of him screaming, so I'm finally going to take these guns and do what he has been telling me to do.
