I sometimes use a cotton swab to put a thin coat of Aquaphor on the inside of my nostrils. In the winter especially it helps keep my skin and boogers from flaking off and out. The Aquaphor itself can get a little runny if you put too much on, so you might do it at night instead.

This kind of thing is so hard. I think you will need to find a substitute behavior; you could try different types of fidgets and different things to chew on. I might also seek out an appointment with an OT (maybe her pediatrician can refer you?) if that’s feasible in terms of insurance/cost.

I started home brewing after a visit to Anchor. I had visited larger breweries and the cutting edge automated massive equipment made me think it was impossible to make good beer at home.

If you want to tackle Marvel at all, The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl is an excellent run that’s fully collected. It's very newbie friendly, though it doesn’t shy away from incorporating lore. Harbor Freight have cabinets in steel, including some full height ones that might suit your needs (brand name Yukon). And r/HarborFreight has opinions on what is worthwhile to buy from there, though they're quite, um, enthusiastic. I'm sure they're of okay quality, it's hard to get cabinets wrong, but given the price point they might not wear as well as a better brand. They look garagey but will certainly put a door between you and your clutter.

None of the methods you described will sterilize your bottles, but that's ok because you don't need to. Nothing related to food needs to be sterilized. If you're looking at the computer monitor with bare eyes, you're getting everything the display is emitting. If you put any type of glasses in between your eyes and the display, there's *some* filtering going on. So anyone trying to convince you that somehow glasses are less healthy to view computer screens with unless they're somehow special filtery glasses is trying to sell you a load of hoohey.

It looks like cheesemakers in New England never added coloring to their cheddar to account for seasonal variations in natural color so historically people tend to prefer white cheddars as being local. Elsewhere cows ate more grass, got more beta carotene and the cheese itself ended up with a natural orange hue that was standardized with annatto.

Headline is misleading, again. The intervention wasn't an actual colonoscopy -- it was an INVITATION to get a colonoscopy, which not everyone who was invited actually did by a super-long shot.

So the takeaway isn't really "colonoscopies don't work," it's "a lot of people won't get one even if invited to do so." Which I get. I should get one and so very, very don't want to.

The key here is less the specific combination of ingredients, and more the QUALITY of those ingredients.

Go and buy the absolute most kick-ass eggs you can find. Farmer's market, organic, free-range, straight out of the chicken's butt that morning eggs.

The same goes for olive oil, salt, pepper, white wine vinegar, and any other additions you want to make (mustard, chives, chilli, lemon zest etc. etc.)

Basically: find the BEST eggs and olive oil available to you.

A cookbook I have says that tabbouleh is supposed to be like this, and in Syria and Lebanon it still is like this. You could simply take a tabbouleh recipe and flip the proportion of bulgur to herbs, using parsley and a little mint.
