The design studio Kerozen has melded body horror with font design and produced a human flesh font. Not safe for anyone, really.

Nope. Comic Sans is still worse. Hell, Papyrus is still worse. In fact, I'd sleep with this font before I'd use either of those, even in a jokey ironic manner.

I think Magritte would have made a much better job of this, if by better one means more accessible to the aesthetics of the bourgeois.

I think I'll be replacing Comic Sans on all the computers across the company I work for with this font, and just rename this horrifying font "Comic Sans." That will teach them.

I never thought I would ever be applying the Ludovico technique to solve a font problem, but desperate times call for desperate measures.

Oh I could do worse than that. I recall Maya has 3D brushes labeled "Meat" and "Hairy Forearm." You can just scribble on your Wacom tablet and it's like meat or hairy forearm spewing out of a hose. The effect is uncanny.

Once the initial creepiness wears off, I find these annoyingly gender-normative. The "girl" ones don't have excess/body/facial hair. Also eye makeup.
