It really is an amazing theme song. My hardcore punk band did a cover of it in the early 2000s. I wish there was a recording.

Which is to say that it has a great musicality that responds well to creative interpretations like this one.

I hope that "Steve Sweat" on electrorecorder or whatever is a character put on for performance, because I want to punch him.

That aside, as someone who can never get this song out of my head, I enjoyed this! The vocals are great and it was a good cover.

The other covers on this channel are also worth checking out. 1930s Careless Whisper is very well done!

This is making me feel very ...strange. Like I took a nap and Olivia Dunham-Ed myself into an alternate reality.

A dramatic reading from an uncanny Ian McKellan impressionist.

Enjoyed. Now I hope they do a cover of the Blackadder theme. There's a choice of several sets of lyrics available

Oh, hm whoops, they're not entirely inoffensive. Should've looked before I leapt. Sorry folks.

Wow.

She said "d-d-d-danger watch behind you", but I always knew it as "d-d-d-danger lurks behind you" which to me makes more sense. So I was all ready to come in here with not-very-serious GRAR, but luckily I did a quick google search to make sure my memories were correct.

Well, they were, but it turns out that the long version of the song had "watch" and the short TV version had "lurks". So I guess I learned an important new piece of information!

I guess they didn't do Darkwing Duck because it's already halfway there.

It has always sounded like "mokes" to me. It still does. "D-d-d-danger mokes behind you." Doesn't make sense, but there you go.

THEY ALSO DID THE POKEMON THEME SONG SO AWESOME!

Also I always thought it was goblintails, for some reason, and not cottontails.

I love Scott Bradlee, I've had him in my music rotation for a while. Very talented guy, please buy his MP3s to help make sure he keeps doing this. Also they are going on tour, if you're near you should go see them.

I especially liked the singer. She brought a lot of personality to the track, and really sold it.

I have a theory that Tale Spin is a remake of the Rebecca years of Cheers.
