10cats [previously 9cats] is a youtube channel devoted to an evergrowing household of cats. They like boxes , a lot of boxes, just way too many boxes. Now they are over a dozen, with this cute kitten that demands your attention. If you need a cat video, this might just be for you. [MLYT]

There has been a syndicated comic strip titled "Ten Cats" since early 2012. It pretty accurately reflects the personalities of cats in its characters... essentially the sum of Garfield + Heathcliff + Bucky in 'Get Fuzzy' to the power of 10. Read with caution.

Having just spent the weekend in the home of a relative who has ten cats, I think this channel has left some important questions unanswered. How badly does the house reek of urine? In addition to cats, what else are they hoarding? What other untreated mental health conditions do the proprietors of the channel suffer from?

Cats are cute. Ten cats in a house is a public health nightmare.

Actually, in one shot I saw not one but two self-cleaning litter boxes (I think they are the kind that rinses with water, too). I think the 10 (+2) cats mastermind has the problem in hand, for now.

However, it looks like at least one and possibly two kittens have just appeared outside this year, leading to more cats in the house. I worry that locals have found this cat lover and started leaving living gifts.
