Yes I know the show takes place in Melbourne, but a change of scenery might be nice.

Tilley's in Canberra is quite a famous cafe/pub named after Tilley Devine. I basically wrote my PhD sitting at their tables. They had a great speakeasy-like atmosphere from before hipsters appropriated that vibe. And seem to have a larger-than-usual LBGTQ contingent among their staff and customers too.

Ha, and I just read the "History" page on their website for the first time and spotted this gem:

"Initially established to create a safe and comfortable environment for women, Tilley's caused its first commotion by banning groups of men drinking inside unless they were accompanied by at least one woman. "
