The look the handler gave when he said "they have very sharp claws" was perfect…a combo of oh REALLY? and yea I know he JUST WALKED UP MY CHEST

it is easier to get a cougar cub into a cat carrier than I would have thought

I just sent this video to my spouse and we watched it together sitting on the couch with our Maine Coon. At the first cub's growl, the Maine Coon's eyes got wide and he looked ready to spring into action, but as the video continued, he relaxed to the point of half-closing his eyes and orienting only one ear to monitor the situation. I wonder if his instincts clocked the ferocious widdle feline sounds as "Predator, but too young to inhale me for a snack."
