Lyons tried out recipes for the magazine’s “A Date with a Dish” column - is moving out of storage to be featured in an upcoming exhibit from New York’s Museum of Food and Drink. I love that Ebony magazine had their own test kitchen right in the publishing building and it was used in ways that benefited the community of workers there. And apparently it was quite a space!

We're moving away from things like this in our culture, and I'm glad to be reminded of them with posts like this. Thanks for posting!

What a cool space. What appealed to me most were the various flooring choices in the rooms. Some absolutely stunning work there.
