Sorry, I should have said: as someone who has exactly two recordings of his late spouse's voice, just nine words total, this hit me like a ton of bricks.

Beautiful story, but if you have suffered a loss, you might want to make sure you can get away for a bit of privacy before watching. It will trigger tears.
