Look At This Cat!

Remember when all we did on the Internet was Look at This Cat? So much so that there was a MeFi project and FPP about this very thing?
Unfortunately the original project has succumbed to bitrot. But do not despair! Random cat pictures can be found everywhere!

I couldn't find good examples in the Wayback Machine of what the original looked like but I think it had "humorous" captions accompanying each cat.

i may have had some sort of actual cardiac event in the process of processing that this post was about this, man alive
i've still got the files somewhere, I just retired the bulk of my old blog stuff because i was a lax administrator and script kiddies and bot compromises on stuff was terrible

I remember back in the day of screensavers, there was a program that would generate cartoon cats that would randomly stroll through a window or plop down and purr on top of your document. Seems like all this fun stuff was lost after the change to OSX. I miss those cats and the Cat Flavor version of Firefox.

I didn't mean to bad surprise you! I was looking at old posts I had favorited and thought a whimsical post about random cats (literally) would be good on a Friday. I had totally forgotten it was your project originally until I was looking at the original post.
