Leaves on a Stream

Whenever a thought enters your mind, you will briefly observe it, place it upon a leaf, and watch as it floats down the stream.

We are St Patrick's Mental Health Services, Ireland's largest, independent, not-for-profit mental health service.

We are a human-rights driven organisation. Our vision is to see a society where all citizens are empowered and given the opportunity to live mentally healthy lives. We aspire to provide the highest quality mental healthcare, to promote mental health and to advocate for the rights of those who experience mental health difficulties.

We were founded in 1746 by Jonathan Swift, the renowned author of Gulliver's Travels and Dean of St Patrick’s Cathedral, and, since then, have been driven by the same vision, energy and determination that Swift first demonstrated.

I started this post with the "Leaves on a Stream" video because that is how I found their site, link follows link follows link, after meditation, a fresh cup of coffee. I then nosed around and it seems such a great org, I now want to move to Ireland, or visit, get a room right next door to this place and turn myself to their care.
note: My spell check (Firefox) barked at the Irish spelling of "organization" but I left it as is, for authenticity.

This meditation video is good. I noticed that there were some iOS apps for meditation that went free-to-use during COVID, but now you have to pay again.

I like that this is posted for free on YouTube, on a playlist with six more mindfulness videos:

The leaves-on-a-stream clip there reminds me of the 2002 Shynola-directed leaf-on-a-stream clip Is a Woman.
