I'm impressed that someone that young has the reach for a bass, let alone a 5-string [fretless].
Heh, I'm 50 years old and 6 feet tall and I still prefer playing shorter-than-short scale. My two main basses are a MÜB Miezo 18 5-string and a fretless Hadean uke bass. Chalk it up to having started on violin and thinking a bass is just too big.
She's way better than me.

Bah, doesn't count until she can sing lead and play the synths with her feet at the same time. (Kidding! She is AWESOME and I love to see how much fun she's having!)

She is an amazing player, however, I couldn’t get this post about parents farming their kids for content out of my head while watching the videos.

I’d be way more concerned about the possible parental exploitation if it wasn’t clear that (1) she’s having a fantastic time, and (2) she clearly has a great relationship with whoever is off-camera, who’s presumably a parent.

omg she is adorable and so talented.
mr supermedusa is a bass player and we just watched him and he says he cannot play the fast/complex part of this song nearly as well as she does.

I hate every single song she played, but as a bass player I recognize the difficulty. She's way better than me. Roundabout (actually this song is ok - I just hate the rest) is hard to play.
