someone should set up an instant (u.s.) loan for that 300-600$ coming in september(to help quell the crash in october) It would be easy,sign over your refund check and pay $16 bucks for the loan. Give out green stamps for those how opt to funnel that windfall into petrol.(perhaps a jesus gas jockey figurine with an 8 gallon or higher fuel purchase)
