Can anyone tell a twitter idiot how to find hilarious tweets like these? Is there a metatweeter out there somewhere?

There are lists, or you just could follow everyone mentioned in this thread: http://www.metafilter.com/121035/So-You-Think-You-Can-Beanplate

I have seen the greatest tweets of our generation destroyed by madness, starving
hysterical naked,

dragging themselves through the negro streets at dawn looking for an angry
fix,

angelheaded hipsters burning for the ancient heavenly connection to the
starry dynamo in the machinery of night

Man. Weird Twitter is less and less my bag.

I'm gonna be that guy. I'm sorry, I'm gonna do it.

Am I the only one who finds weird twitter to be boring and pretentious?

I just don't get it. And I like a lot of weird things.

Can you name some twitter accounts or specific tweets that are in your opinion Weird Twitter that are boring and pretentious? Or do you specifically mean all of those in these comics only?

Potomac Avenue: "Victor Belly."

I'm gonna let you finish, but that Vector Belly.

Oh, you're done.

I was sold at Fuck yes, Dragon Tuesday.

I'm still waiting for some Chris Brown or Puff Daddy wisdom to turn up though. Until then, it's no LARP Trek.

you're just not cool enough to see how cool all this cool stuff is that my friends all agree is cool

that said, the fact that these are actual drawn comics cuts some of that "zero-effort" feel

That almost sounded like a positive comment. It must be a Christmas Miracle of Jesus.

I don't care if anyone thinks it's boring and pretentious. I think it's hilarious. But I used to think Sealab was hilarious, and now I think it's boring and pretentious. Maybe next year I will think weird twitter is boring and pretentious. But right now I enjoy it.
