It's like a regular gallery, except instead of clicking "next" you click twice less than 16ms apart

Oh, I guess you can turn on the play controls and slowly drag across to peruse them at a more sensible rate.

I appreciate the inclusion of "Two Worms Pretending to be One Long Worm" and "Three Worms Pretending to be One Long Worm". It's nice to see someone finally shine a spotlight on the oft-ignored issue of worm subterfuge.

wemayfreeze: I downloaded the MP4 from vine, used mplayer to output a jpg for each frame, and deleted the duplicates by hand by looking at the thumbnails. And whoops, I missed a couple duplicates. There really are 100!

Here are all of the emojis. There are actually 102!

You have the bald man reclining on a slice of pizza in there twice. Either that or I'm not good enough at Double Check to see what's different.
posted by Gary at 6:09 PM on April 22, 2014

The second bald man reclining on a slice of pizza is actually a bald philosophical zombie reclining on a slice of pizza. The difficulty of proving this fact is central to the usefulness of that particular ontological lever.

Due to my stubborn reliance on my dumbphone (also known as "being broke and not caring and now it's a point of pride and I don't need your new technology"), the whole emoji thing has slipped by me. I guess. I mean, I know what they are but they're not in my world.

I liked seeing all of them in a big list, but the video was fun since I didn't know what I'd be pausing on. And I do think some of these would be really useful in every-day life.

The ghost pretending to be a person made me really happy for some reason.

Having said that: I only use emoji to explain what emoji are after I use the word emoji and all my friends text back "whuuuut" because we are still young enough for texting and "whuuuuut" but too old to know what emoji are apparently.
