Now, Listen! Ninjatune podcasts...

Ninjatune podcasts including Coldcut and Big Dada podcasts, a Ninjacast which delves into the record crates of various ninja artists, and of course a Solid Steel podcast with 60-odd mixes available.
Are you kidding me? New coldcut every month?
Thanks!

Ah, Ninja Tune, the first label I was a slave to. I listened to damn near every artist on the sucker when I was in college after picking up their Xen Cuts compilation. Great music, but I kind of grew out of it. Still an awesome label, but at the moment my loyalty is to Temporary Residence.

I'd love to know what's up with the Bo Diddley track on the second podcast, and whether it is indeed his love song to someone with downs syndrome.

Ninja Tunes was also the soundtrack to my college years, BlackLeotardFront. I haven't ever had an allegiance to a label like I did to Ninja Tunes back in the nineties. I was very glad to see this post. Thanks!

I was just listening to Animals on Wheels' Build A Church With Your Fear as I read this... I'm a huge fan on Xen Cuts, but unfortunately I don't have very much else from Ninjatune (yet). Thanks for posting, nthdegx!

This rocks. I'll echo BlackLeotardFront, I became a temporary slave to the label around the Xen Cuts album (w/3cds).
So many good artists on there, although I've fallen away from it somewhat.
Thanks for the post..!!1!

I'll defiantely be hunting down more Cinematic Orchestra off the back of the podcast, one of the Ninja Tunes artists I'd not paid too much attention to previously.
