Is there really a need to do all this stuff with a tiny kid who doesn't know where they are or what's happening?

If the kid is little enough you can stick it in a lobster costume and carry it around the neighborhood in a big pot. Older children can be dressed as butter sauce. It's funny, because it suggests you might cook and eat your child, which you are not actually likely to do unless it has been an especially trying Halloween.

FODMAP intolerance is measured by breath testing not by at-home elimination diets. It's one of the few IBS triggers with a definitive test like this and the science is well validated by now. So yes you can measure your FODMAP sensitivity - by going to a registered dietician and doing it properly rather than messing around by yourself.

Thirding Kalaloch. I don't know whether you could make your dates more flexible, but if you go during the week, it does cost under $150. I just checked and an ocean view cabin is $136 on Nov 12-13 and that's directly from their website without any special deals like AAA or military.

Get the last ocean cabin all the way on the left (if looking out to sea). It is indeed secluded, plus in November not many people will be staying there anyway.

please consider you might have cross-reactivity with and might should avoid eating a fairly big list of things that contain the same (birch pollen) proteins including avocado, banana, rye, hazelnuts, and a big list of others.

Oh, man, Kalaloch Lodge in Olympic National Park is so, so gorgeous. It's about 3.5 hours out of Seattle and in the middle of absolutely nowhere. Some of the cabins and part of the hotel look out right on the beach, where you can walk for literally miles in either direction. It fits all of your requirements but the last.

Oooh, Kalaloch Lodge is a good one! The cabins themselves are not secluded, but they have a wonderful view of the wild and rocky coastline.

We also liked the cozy Doubletree Inn in Durango, Colorado right along the Animas River. Sadly, this is the river that was turned orange by the massive chemical spill earlier this year -- but it's back to the normal color now and it should be fine if you just want to look at it. the people in here who are aghast at the haphazard-asking-out thing are potentially reinforcing the very fears that cause social anxiety.

Or maybe, just perhapsily, it is possible that women are exhausted by constant unwanted attention from men in public and you have to be polite because you never know when a guy will flip out on you. I'm a Gen Xer and I've been fortunate enough to have consistently excellent partners. I suspect it's because the window of time in which I had multiple partners, etc. also coincided with a period in which the pool of available partners had been raised mostly on Playboy magazines or the occasional porn movie they had to drive to a store to rent in person.

Maybe you could develop a repertoire of symbols with your husband. One can mean, 'yep, hear ya, will do'. Another could mean, 'need to think about it, get back to me' or 'I'll get back to you'. Text doesn't permit body language so it may be useful to find other nonverbal/non-literate means to communicate via text. Using only words all the time can be tiring.
